Initial D Final Stage

About Initial D Final Stage

If you are hunting for a new action series, Initial D Final Stage (頭文字[イニシャル]D Final Stage) deserves a look (2014). The setup goes like this. At its core: After defeating every racing team in the prefecture, everything comes down to one last race. Takumi Fujiwara has never lost a race, but when his opponent is also using an AE86, it turns into a battle of the AE86.

Beyond that: Will Project D succeed in the final and most difficult race of Initial D?

In an action series like this, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. Takumi Fujiwara (Shinichirou Miki) and Bunta Fujiwara (Unshou Ishizuka) are two of the characters you will meet early. If you count yourself among viewers who like fast, high-impact fights, put it on your list. With 4 episodes in total, there is enough room for the story to develop.
