About Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Washio Sumi Chapter

Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Washio Sumi Chapter (結城友奈は勇者である -鷲尾須美の章-) arrives as an action anime by Studio Gokumi (2017), and the premise is easy to summarize. In short: In the year 298 from the era of the gods, elementary school girls Sumi Washio, Sonoko Nogi, and Gin Minowa are tasked with an important mission. They are to become heroes and fight Vertex, an unexplained adversary that is attacking Shinju-sama, the god tree that protects Shikoku, the only area in the world that is still habitable.

More of the story: What they don't know, is that this struggle will cost them more than they could have ever imagined.

With action at the core, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. Voice work is led by Haruka Terui as Yuuna Yuuki and Suzuko Mimori as Mimori Tougou. Think of it as a pick for viewers who like fast, high-impact fights. With 6 episodes in total, there is enough room for the story to develop.
