The run is 12 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.

Production & Appeal

Production sits with Doga Kobo, which means the visual identity of WATATEN!: an Angel Flew Down to Me follows that studio's craft. The comedy focus matters here: timing, character chemistry and running gags decide whether it lands. Its 6.9/10 score suggests opinions are split, so it suits viewers who already like the genre. Voice casting, including Reina Ueda as Miyako Hoshino, adds to the appeal for fans who follow seiyuu. Released in 2019, it competed with that season's other new series for attention.
