REBORN!

About REBORN!

REBORN! (家庭教師ヒットマンREBORN!) blends action, comedy and sci-fi by Artland (2006). Below is a fresh retelling of what the story is about. The premise: Nowadays, the mafia realm is ruled by Italy's strongest family, the Vongola. Vongola's current head, ninth in the row, is an old man ready for retirement.

Soon after, before he can hand down his position, he needs help from a professional Hitman to prepare the next generation Boss for ruling over Vongola and the mafia realm itself. Sawada Tsunayoshi is just your everyday teenage boy who attends Junior High and sucks at it. He is unpopular, has no allies, and is desperately in love with a girl from his class.

In an action series like this, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. Voice work is led by Yukari Kokubun as Tsunayoshi Sawada and Ken Narita as Reborn. It will appeal most to viewers who like fast, high-impact fights. The run is 203 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.
