Hidamari Sketch x 365

About Hidamari Sketch x 365

Hidamari Sketch x 365 (ひだまりスケッチ×３６５) blends comedy and slice of life by Shaft (2008). Below is a fresh retelling of what the story is about. In short: Yuno, Miyako, Hiro, Sae and the rest of the denizens of the most fascinating piece of surreal estate in Japan are back. And they're still spurning the "A happens after B, happens after C" pattern so prevalent in the rest of the world.

Soon after, in fact, instead of just taking place after Yuno's first year at Yamabuki High, this season of Hidamari Sketch continues on both sides, around the edges and in-between. Filling in the details in an ever-expanding collage that's both avant-garde and slice of life!

As a comedy title, timing, character chemistry and running gags decide whether it lands. Yoshinoya (Miyu Matsuki) and Yuno (Kana Asumi) are two of the characters you will meet early. If you count yourself among viewers who want something light between heavier series, put it on your list. At 13 episodes in total, it is easy to plan a viewing schedule.
