Strawberry Marshmallow Encore

About Strawberry Marshmallow Encore

Strawberry Marshmallow Encore (苺ましまろencore) arrives as a comedy anime by Daume (2009), and the premise is easy to summarize. What the story covers: A two-episode continuation of the previous OVA. Miu hits her head and transcends to heaven to cause a ruckus, followed by a school trip to paint in a park and contemplations of their friendships, as well as prediction of how the girls will turn out in Junior High.

With comedy at the core, timing, character chemistry and running gags decide whether it lands. Voice work is led by Fumiko Orikasa as Miu Matsuoka and Saeko Chiba as Chika Itou.

If you count yourself among viewers who want something light between heavier series, put it on your list. The run is 2 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.
