About You Don't Know Gunma Yet

You Don't Know Gunma Yet (お前はまだグンマを知らない) arrives as a comedy anime by Asahi Production (2018), and the premise is easy to summarize. At its core: The comedy manga centers on Nori Kamitsuki, who moves from Chiba Prefecture to a fictionalized version of Gunma Prefecture northwest of Tokyo, and the story focuses on Gunma's culture. Before moving to Gunma, Kamitsuki only sees that the prefecture has a fearsome reputation on the net.

Another thread: Upon moving, he soon makes contact with the people who hold a strong love of Gunma's culture.

With comedy at the core, timing, character chemistry and running gags decide whether it lands. Nori Kamitsuki (Gakuto Kajiwara) and Kyou Shinooka (Aya Uchida) are two of the characters you will meet early. Think of it as a pick for viewers who want something light between heavier series. The run is 12 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.
