Circuit Angel: Ketsui no Starting Grid

About Circuit Angel: Ketsui no Starting Grid

Here is what Circuit Angel: Ketsui no Starting Grid is about, retold in plain terms: an action and sports anime by Studio Unicorn (1987). The setup: Mariko is tough yet kind girl who is really into motorcycles. She ends up in a race to settle things between the rich son of bike maker and herself.

As an action title, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight.

Think of it as a pick for viewers who like fast, high-impact fights.
