The run is 1 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.

Production & Appeal

Production sits with Toei Animation, which means the visual identity of One Piece: Chopper’s Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals follows that studio's craft. Because it leans on action, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. With a 6.4/10 score, it is more of a niche pick than a universal crowd-pleaser. Voice casting, including Mayumi Tanaka as Luffy Monkey, adds to the appeal for fans who follow seiyuu. Released in 2002, it competed with that season's other new series for attention.
