Teekyuu 3

About Teekyuu 3

Here is what Teekyuu 3 (てーきゅう3) is about, retold in plain terms: a comedy and sports anime by MAPPA and Millepensee (2013). What the story covers: Teekyuu is based on a sports comedy manga of the same name featuring four high school girls who belong to a tennis club. Although the amount of tennis they play is questionable.

With comedy at the core, timing, character chemistry and running gags decide whether it lands. Voice work is led by Kyouko Narumi as Nasuno Takamiya and Suzuko Mimori as Kanae Shinjou.

Think of it as a pick for viewers who want something light between heavier series. The run is 12 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.
