LUPIN THE IIIRD: The Movie - The Immortal Bloodline

About LUPIN THE IIIRD: The Movie - The Immortal Bloodline

Here is what LUPIN THE IIIRD: The Movie - The Immortal Bloodline (LUPIN THE IIIRD THE MOVIE 不死身の血族) is about, retold in plain terms: an action, adventure and mystery anime by Telecom Animation Film and TMS Entertainment (2025). What the story covers: A special invitation has been sent to Lupin and his crew to an uncharted island. The invitee is believed to be the mastermind who controls the realm's top mercenaries and is connected to crimes throughout the world!

More of the story: Who could this unexplained person be? The answer lies on the uncharted island hidden away from existence. To find out the identity of the mastermind and steal his vast wealth, Lupin and his crew as well as Inspector Zenigata, in his attempt to capture them, are led to this unexplained island.

With action at the core, fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. Voice work is led by Kanichi Kurita as Arsène Lupin III and Akio Ootsuka as Daisuke Jigen. This one is best suited to viewers who like fast, high-impact fights. With 1 episodes in total, there is enough room for the story to develop.

Production & Appeal

Animation is handled by Telecom Animation Film and TMS Entertainment, so the studio's house style defines how LUPIN THE IIIRD: The Movie - The Immortal Bloodline looks and moves on screen. The action focus matters here: fight choreography, pacing and sound design carry much of the weight. With a 6.7/10 score, it is more of a niche pick than a universal crowd-pleaser. Voice casting, including Kanichi Kurita as Arsène Lupin III, adds to the appeal for fans who follow seiyuu. Released in 2025, it competed with that season's other new series for attention.
