About Memories

Meet Memories, an adventure, comedy and drama anime by MADHOUSE and Studio 4°C (1995). Here is the premise in a nutshell. The premise: Memories is a compilation of three standalone short films encompassing different genres. Magnetic Rose — a science fiction tale that tells a chilling story of love, loss, and the unwillingness to forget.

Beyond that: Stink Bomb — a tongue-in-cheek story of a chemical researcher who is just looking for a way to get rid of his cold... so why is everybody around him dying? Cannon Fodder — an introspective tale about modern wars and simply following orders.

As an adventure title, exploration, new locations and a steady sense of momentum drive the story. Heintz Beckner (Tsutomu Isobe) and Miguel Costrela (Kouichi Yamadera) are two of the characters you will meet early. This one is best suited to anyone who enjoys travel-the-world storytelling. The run is 3 episodes in total, so you know what you are signing up for.
